“The Forest” – Kevin Fegan’s new play opening soon:

February 26, 2008

“At an isolated house in the forest, a knock awakens Wainwright.  He is shocked to see his childhood friend, McCaffery, who has escaped from prison.  Later that same night there is a second knock… it’s Wainwright’s estranged wife, Marion.  Emotions are running out of control as they are all forced to re-live events in the forest fifteen years ago, when their young lives changed forever.

A powerful new play by Kevin Fegan [NWS member], exploring how we are all caught up  in the dirty business of crime and punishment and drawing on Kevin’s extraordinary and extensive experiences of working as a writer in  British prisons.”

Weds 12th – Sat 15th March, 7.30pm, at The Old Library, Mansfield.
